In our shop, in addition to a one-time purchase, you have the option of subscribing to your favorite products, saving you 10% off the regular price.
Our eight wet food varieties and two dry food varieties, beef and chicken, are available for your personalized subscription. You decide which products and how many you want to load into your subscription, and you can adjust this at any time in your customer account. Please note that you cannot add individual cans of our wet food to your subscription. You can only purchase a subscription with a minimum of one tray consisting of six cans.
The best part: With the Vutter! subscription, you'll save 10% on our products permanently. Additionally, the subscription is flexible in terms of timing, individually customizable, and makes everyday life with your furry friend easier. From now on, you won't have to worry about empty bowls, because we'll conveniently deliver your Vutter! supply to your home at the intervals you choose.
How often you receive a package from us depends entirely on your dog's needs. You can set the delivery interval individually and adjust it over time. To do this, use the dropdown menu on the page for your favorite product during the ordering process or select your order in your customer account. There you can choose your preferred interval between two and eight weeks.
Before you're billed for your next subscription delivery, you'll receive a reminder email from us. This gives you enough time to pause your subscription in your customer account if you're away from home or enjoying the sun on vacation.
No, there is no minimum subscription period or cancellation period! You can cancel or pause your Vutter! subscription at any time.
You can make all adjustments to your Vutter! subscription in your customer account. There, you select the respective order or subscription and have the option to adjust the interval, payment method, or subscribed products, for example.
The shipping costs for your Vutter! subscription will be calculated at checkout. We cover shipping costs for orders over €65.
