For our sample package, the shipping cost is already included in the price if you choose DPD shipping when completing your order.

The following information is relevant for your order:

  • For orders up to €59.99, we charge shipping costs of €5.90 (DHL) or €4.90 (DPD) within Germany, and €9.90 for Austria and other selected EU countries.
  • From a merchandise value of €60, your order is free of shipping costs within Germany.
  • Shipping Germany: You can always choose between DHL and DPD as your shipping method. From 15 kg or a merchandise value of €60, shipping with DPD is free, and shipping with DHL costs €5.90.
  • Shipping Austria: You can always choose between DHL and DPD as your shipping method. From 15 kg or a merchandise value of €60, shipping with DPD is free, and shipping with DHL costs €9.90.
  • Shipping to selected EU countries: Regardless of weight or products ordered, you will receive your order in other selected EU countries with DPD. A list of countries where shipping is currently possible can be found below.
  • The final shipping costs, depending on the shopping cart, delivery option, and your delivery address, will be displayed in the last step of the ordering process in the order summary.

Shipping is currently possible to the following countries within the EU. Countries currently excluded from shipping include Switzerland and Great Britain.

When shipping with DHL, we send our goods with DHL GoGreen Plus. This not only reduces our CO₂ emissions but also supports measures to reduce greenhouse gases in DHL Group's logistics network in Germany, such as the purchase of e-delivery vehicles.

The average processing time for orders is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays), and the average shipping time is 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For international deliveries, the delivery time can be up to 8 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
