Shipping & Delivery

For our sample package, the shipping cost is already included in the price when you place your order within Germany. 

The following notes are relevant for your order:

  • For orders up to €59.99, we charge shipping costs of €5.90 (DHL) within Germany and €9.90 for Austria and other selected EU countries.
  • From a goods value of €60, your order within Germany is free of shipping costs.
  • Shipping to Germany: We ship your order with DHL. From 15 kg or a goods value of €60, shipping is free.
  • Shipping to Austria: We ship your order with DHL. From 15 kg or a goods value of €60, shipping costs you only €5.90 instead of €9.90.
  • Shipping to selected EU countries: You will also receive your order in selected EU countries with DHL. The regular shipping costs are €9.90, and for all orders with a goods value of at least €60, you also only pay €5.90 for shipping here. You can find a list of the countries to which shipping is currently possible further down.
  • You will see the final shipping costs depending on the shopping cart, the delivery option, and your delivery address in the last step of the ordering process in the order overview.

Currently, shipping is possible to the following countries within the EU. Switzerland and Great Britain are currently excluded from shipping, among others.

When shipping with DHL, we ship our goods with DHL GoGreen Plus. This not only reduces our CO₂ emissions, but also additionally supports greenhouse gas reduction measures in the DHL Group's logistics network in Germany, such as the purchase of electric delivery vehicles.

The average processing time for orders is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays), the average shipping time is 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays). For international deliveries, the delivery time can be up to 8 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
