With our trial package, the shipping cost is already included in the price if you choose shipping with DPD when completing your order.

The following information is relevant to your order:

  • The minimum order value is €15 (plus €5.90 (DHL) or €4.90 (DPD) shipping costs within Germany and €9.90 for Austria and other selected EU countries).
  • Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping within Germany and Austria.
  • Shipping within Germany: If your order weighs less than 15 kg, you can choose between DHL and DPD for shipping in the shopping cart. Orders weighing 15 kg or more will be shipped via DPD.
  • Shipping to Austria: If your order weighs less than 15 kg, you can choose between DHL and DPD for shipping in your shopping cart. Orders weighing 15 kg or more will be shipped via DPD. Sample packs ordered from us will also be shipped via DPD.
  • Shipping to selected EU countries: Regardless of weight or products ordered, you will receive your order in the other selected EU countries via DPD. A list of the countries to which shipping is currently possible can be found below.
  • The final shipping costs, depending on the shopping cart, delivery option and your delivery address, can be seen in the order overview in the last step of the ordering process.

Currently, shipping is possible to the following countries within the EU. Switzerland and Great Britain are among the countries currently excluded from shipping.

We ship our goods with DHL GoGreen Plus. This not only reduces our CO₂ emissions, but also supports greenhouse gas reduction measures in the DHL Group's logistics network in Germany, such as the purchase of electric delivery vehicles.

The average shipping time is 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For international deliveries, the delivery time can be up to 8 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
