Shipping & Delivery

For our sample package, the shipping price is already included directly in the price if you place your order within Germany.

Current notice: Due to a warehouse relocation, there may currently be delays and longer delivery times!

The following information is relevant for your order:

  • For orders up to €59.99, we charge shipping costs of €5.90 (DHL) within Germany and €9.90 for Austria and other selected EU countries.
  • For orders with a value of €60 or more, shipping within Germany is free.
  • Shipping Germany: We ship your order with DHL. From 15 kg or €60 order value, shipping is free.
  • Shipping Austria: We ship your order with DHL. From 15 kg or €60 order value, shipping costs you only €5.90 instead of €9.90.
  • Shipping to selected EU countries: You will also receive your order in selected EU countries with DHL. The regular shipping costs are €9.90, and for all orders with a value of at least €60, you will only pay €5.90 for shipping here as well. A list of countries to which shipping is currently possible can be found below.
  • You will see the final shipping costs, depending on the shopping cart, delivery option, and your delivery address, in the last step of the ordering process in the order overview.

Shipping is currently possible to the following countries within the EU. Countries currently excluded from shipping include Switzerland and Great Britain.

When shipping with DHL, we send our goods with DHL GoGreen Plus. This not only reduces our CO₂ emissions but also supports greenhouse gas reduction measures in the DHL Group's logistics network in Germany, such as the procurement of electric delivery vehicles.

The average processing time for orders is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays), and the average shipping time is 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays). For international deliveries, the delivery time can be up to 8 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak order periods. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
