Shipping & Delivery
Our trial package includes shipping for Germany. For the trial package in Austria, an additional €5 shipping fee applies.
The following information is relevant for your order:
- The minimum order value is €15 (plus €5.90 shipping costs within Germany and €14.90 for Austria).
- You can see the final shipping costs depending on the shopping cart, the delivery option and your delivery address in the order overview in the last step of the ordering process.
- For orders over 60 €, shipping is free within Germany.
Currently, shipping is only possible within Germany and Austria.
We ship our goods with DHL GoGreen Plus. This not only reduces our CO₂ emissions, but also supports greenhouse gas reduction measures within the DHL Group's logistics network in Germany, such as the purchase of electric delivery vehicles.
The average shipping time is 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For deliveries to Austria, the delivery time can be up to 8 business days. Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volume. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
Damaged or lost orders
